Q: What is the cost for an energy compliance report?
A: We offer our standard service of same day (plans submitted prior to noon) otherwise 24 hour turnaround for a flat fee of $85.00.
We offer same day service for orders received after noon for a flat fee of $135.00.
Q: My drawing file size is larger than 50 MB. How can I send it to you?
A: Compress the file before sending. Use a "zip" program to compress it. Two popular and free programs for Windows are 7-Zip and Freezip.
Q: How do I know you received my order?
A: After you submit your questionnaire and plans, and then make a payment, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your payment. This is your indication that we received your order. We will get right to work on the report as soon as we receive your answers, plans, and payment.
Q: I have several files to send to you. How can I do this?
A: You can send up to five files when you submit an order. If you have more files, email them to us or use a zip program to compress and combine the files. Two popular and free programs for Windows are 7-Zip and Freezip.
Q: Why do you use PayPal for payments? Is it safe?
A: We use PayPal because they provide state-of-the-art safety for payments. They offer the flexibility for you to pay using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or your bank account if you have a PayPal account.
When we collect financial information such as credit card information, we use "SSL" which is the same method used by banks and brokerage houses to ensure the safety of your information. No one has been able to crack this security, so it is as safe as possible for the Internet. You will see the "lock" symbol in your browser window, and "https" in the URL window, showing that SSL is in force.
Q: I don't have plans in electronic format. How can I submit my plans on paper?
