Once we have received your order form, drawings, and payment, we will respond to you with your completed compliance report in the time frame allowed based on your selection. Our Standard service is 24 hour turn around with fees of $125.00 for Additions or New Residences 1999 square feet and under, $250.00 for Additions or New Residences 2000-3999 square feet and $375.00 for Additions or New Residences 4000 square feet and up. If plans are submitted on fridays then reports completed by Monday. Once completed we send you the report in PDF format for your printing convenience, we also include either the dwg file or a pdf file for the 24x36 sheet for inclusion in your construction documentation package. If you have a preference please specify which AutoCad version you are using.
We provide Title 24 compliance reports for new residential construction, additions and alterations. Please choose from the following options:
When you click one of these links, you will be taken to a questionnaire for that report. You can upload up to 5 drawing files at the bottom of the questionnaire page. The maximum size of the total of all drawing files is 50 MB - contact us if you need to send a set of files larger than 50 MB, or just e-mail the files to californiaenergycalcs@californiaenergycalcs.com.
Once you complete the questionnaire, you will be taken to a payment page.
If we receive a payment without an order form, we will contact you for more information.
Once the payment is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your report order.
